Small Honda car?
« on: April 25, 2016, 02:44:30 PM »
Today at lunchtime. looked up the road to see a 'small Honda' car. Black with 07 plates. Unable to see more but it was quite small say Peugeot 1008 size ( the small one with sliding doors) It might have been 4 door but judging by the tyre size was something like a city runabout. Possibly a grey import.
Any ideas?

I have seen a 'Mobilo' recently and I assume that it is an import.

Thanks for the pictures Ozzie. Unfortunately being of 'failing' years I can't be sure of the front all I can remember was it was black with  Honda 'H' on the bonnet. The first picture 'Logo' appears to be similar but the grill doesn't ring a bell. I am surmising that the number plate on the Logo bearing 90 is the year or 'registration' or in the German case when the plates were issued. This would tie in with the 07 if it was an import.   It definitely wasn't  the second car which appears to be quite similar in size to the Jazz and much squarer that the one I saw.
Perhaps this 'silly old s*d' should have paid more attention but then it was parked about 100yds ( old money) away, directly facing my kitchen.

Try searching for Honda Life and Honda N-Box and you might find your answer.

Thank's chaps the 'Life' seems to jog a few brain cells given that the one I saw  reminded me of a Kia Picanto.
So thank you to all the brains out there, want an answer try Cub Jazz!!!!

Apparently it will come to UK with a 3 Cylinder 1.0 Turbo which will also be featured in 2017 Jazz and Civic.

IIRC Brio is already 5 years old now so a replacement should be coming soon. I agree that we need something below Jazz as @£13,000+ it's hopelessly leaving the sub £10k market untouched.

It won't be a Honda Logo, they were sold from 1996 to 2001 (1999 to 2001 in the UK) and any grey import will (should) have a reg plate to correspond to the year of first registration in its home country.
