Unable to access ClubJazz via Firefox or Internet Explorer.

Hi there, has anyone else had trouble accessing Club Jazz using Firefox or Internet Explorer?
On Monday 16th I couldn't connect to the forum using Tapatalk, then yesterday (Tuesday 17th) I couldn't get on using Firefox or Internet Explorer.
I am writing this now on Tapatalk, still unable to get on to the website on my work or home pc.

Hey Steve,

I'm using Firefox and can view it fine at home and work

Try emptying your cache.  Also check you haven't got the security level set too high.  I use Chrome or Opera by preference

I'm still unable to access this website at work. There is nothing blocking it and I have tried deleting all internet cache etc...
Just get the same message:



This afternoon I received a PM on FitFreak from a member trying to sign up to this site, he has been unable to access it too for the same amount of time.

Richard, can you look into this if possible.
I think we may be missing out on new members.

Hi, sorry to hear of this problem.

I don't know why some can access the site and others can't, but whatever, I've removed the part that triggers this error so it should be OK now.

Out of interest, do you keep yourself logged in all the time or do you log in each time you visit?

It varies... I usually tick to keep myself logged in, but I delete all cookies etc a couple of times a week.
It was strange, I had no problems at home, only on my work pc (lunchtime of course lol).

I don't know if you can help again, but I have the same problem again.
I'm totally unable to access ClubJazz from my PC or mobile phone using WiFi (inc Tapatalk).

I can only currently only access the forum using my mobile data plan.

Any chance of you looking to see if the same problem has come back?

It sounds like you guys have either:

A too powerful firewall
A program like Spybot which has been instructed to immunise the PC and is working overtime

Try turning them off one at a time and see if it assists

I've tweaked something so please let me know if the problem still occurs.

Edit:
To confirm you problem:

You can't access the site from either your home or work PC, or by using Tapatalk on your mobile using WiFi.
You can however access the site using your mobile on your mobile network (with or without Tapatalk?)
You get a 'Error 503 service temporary unavailable'  error message.
Does this problem affect the homepage?

I don't know if it affected the homepage as i always logged in direct to the forum, but yes, your description is correct.

I have been experiencing access errors for the last few weeks both from home and on my mobile. In all cases I get 503 errors. Sometimes it works during the evening (CET) and not during the day. Today it's working fine though.
