Parcel Blind/shelf

Hey guys,

My Nan picked up a 2009 Jazz 1.3i the other week and it didn't come with a parcel shelf/blind. So before she heads over to Honda I thought I would have a look around for her to see if I could get one.

My question is did this model of Jazz just have a blind or did they have a shelf too? Also is there any parts sites about that do patterned parts? I can remember a few sites I used to use for Supra parts but cant for the life of me remember what they were called!
