Yes.  The code is usually on a sticker inside the front cover of the owners manual or service record.

If you dont know the code and it would be lost if you disconnected the battery  there are ways of maintaining a 12v supply to the car to preserve  radio memories while the battery  is being changed.

A battery supply specialist may have equipment to do this  but there are fairly simple  DIY methods  which you can probably find on line.

The infotainment system on my Jazz EX I-VTEC CVT 2017 (Mk3) seems to retain most settings.
Before it will work after a power disconnect, its On/OFF button requires a long press (about 5 secs).
If the charge required because battery is flat, then beware that charging away from vehicle as this might upset the Auto Idle Stop system.
On the above Mk3 the AIS has not worked for 8 months :{(  >:(

When I needed to change my battery I found a service on eBay where they supplied your code. I think it was against the chassis number.

This was a while ago, and after I received the code I found the card with the code among all the paperwork that came with the car!!!!!  >:(

hi,

you can also call a honda dealer. If you have a good one, he will give you the code for free.
