Obd port I can't find it

The engine management light came on while driving (jazz 2003 1.4i), I've looked on YouTube and I still can't find where the obd port is... Can anyone help?

LH side of steering wheel, under shelf.

Once you find it feel behind and support it with your fingers before plugging anything in they are very flimsy on the gd1.
