The latest upgrade to iOS has broken the flawless working of wireless CarPlay. One of the recommended remedies involves resetting the Honda's head unit. The only information I can find about resetting the head unit is to hold down the audio power button for either 3 seconds or 10 seconds. Either way, this does not reset the head unit. Any ideas?

I’m running the latest version of iOS, version 14.6 without issue.
I checked the touchscreen system update on my car and it shows no updates available.
I’m using wireless CarPlay.
Have you tried deleting the current CarPlay wireless connection and then re adding the iPhone as a new device? Also try powering off and restarting the iPhone, to determine if this resolves the issue.

There are some phone parameters you could try to disable/re-enable in the advanced system menu of the infotainment.

Needless to say, it's at your own risk.
