Upgrade to SMF 1.1.12

Minor upgrade of the Simple Machines forum software from version 1.1.11 to 1.1.12.

Please reply if any problems arise since this topic was posted. :)

Some modifications to the forum including the Twitter feed stopped work when we upgraded the forum software. All are now working apart from the Thank You post modification which appears will not install under SMF 1.1.12.

Hopefully this will be resolved soon. :)
