Hi All,
I've owned a 2011 IMA Jazz for about 3 years.
I'm getting nervous on the age of the hybrid system - I fear that part of it is going to fail at some point - I just don't know when. The car has only got 55K miles on the clock.
Has anyone known of any hybrid battery/ generator/ inverter failures on here?
Cheers.

Big issue is the battery cooling fan filter clogging up with dirt and the car going into petrol only mode.
Filter is at side of battery under air intake.

One of our number, Ozzie, had a Jazz Hybrid (Mk2) that he used as a driving school car. Did 250,000 miles if I am not mistaken.

Good to know. Does anyone have pictures of this (I find it hard to visualise)?
I am aware of the Ozzie distance achievement. Its astonishing to think they can do that many miles. I till worry about age of the battery.

There are previous threads on the cooling fan and filter.
