Does anyone know where to find a downloadable Jazz manual (previous 2008 model)?

Jazz workshop manuals on CD used to come up frequently on eBay for about £4.00. (I haven't checked recently.) The one I have covers 2002 - 06. They do assume some prior technical knowledge/ability.
