Where to service 2012 Jazz 1.4 i-vtec?
« on: July 03, 2023, 08:41:41 PM »
Dear all,

Where is the best place to service my Honda Jazz, first time I will be getting it serviced as bought in the past year, its service history is very limited.

If it's any help, I'm based in Hertfordshire. Thanks in advance!

I would ask around

Choose a good independent

Ask friends and colleagues which garages they trust

Honest John has a good garage guide.

I diy my 11 year old Jazz which runs as new.

If I can do it, any semi competent garage can 8)

Any competent garage should be able to do basics such as an engine oil and oil filter changes, CVT fluid change.

Online reviews can be hit and miss (I know one bodyshop which is 5 stars on Google but its all reviews done by friends and family and the quality of the work is shocking if you know anything at all about bodywork).

I would either rely on a recommendation or jump in the car and go talk to some small independent garages and see who gets your vote of confidence.

Best option really is to do it yourself, but not everyone has the space, tools and ability to do these kind of things at home.

I get mine serviced at Brayley Honda St. Albans (on the Hatfield Road, near to the border with Hatfield).
