If it is definitely from the pulley end of the engine, the right side, then it is possibly a crankshaft oil seal which I have never heard of on a Jazz.
I think your Jazz may have the 1.5 Vtec engine of which I have no experience since it has never been sold in the UK. The 1.4 version has however but again an unheard of problem.
Please confirm that the oil is coming from the right hand side of the engine ( the left side as you face the engine ) and not the gearbox end.
If it is coming from the gearbox end it could be gearbox or engine, is it clean oil ?
Just had a thought, have you topped the engine oil up lately, if so did you spill any ?
