My 2 previous Jazz's have been CVT's but I have now bought a manual Mk3
I'm taking a chance that it might be better. Only time will tell

It'll be interesting to see how you get on. I have only ever driven an automatic in the USA (hire car on holiday) but have never taken the plunge with my own cars. Many of the road tests you read of the Jazz speak very highly of the manual gearbox and even recommend it over the automatic.

Figures suggest slightly better acceleration with the manual but, surprisingly, slightly less mpg.

I'd be interested in your experience.
