Honda Jazz aerial/antenna base

Hi All,

Looking for some help replacing my aerial/antenna base. Basically the whole base needs replacing. I managed to get a second hand replacement for £30 but now I am struggling to fix it.

I was told to get to the bolt, you need to go through the interior lights and unscrew the bolt. The problem is I can't see the bolt. It seems to be covered by something I can't get off to get to the bolt (attached pic)

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can remove this? Or if I'm doing it completely wrong?

Isn't that a clip-on plastic cover?  Have you tried two flat screwdrivers at 90 deg to one another?

looks like "A", apply knife if it's not held by that small thing on the picture that looks like a screw

That manual wasn't that helpful.  Enlarging the picture you supplied made that small thing on top look like a rivet or a posidrive screw.  I am sure it will be pretty simple

I managed to sort this. Just needed a pair of pliers and the cover just pulls out. Thanks to everyone for your help!
