air con cooling fan help

Hi all can anyone suggest what is causing  problem with my air con?? i cannot hear or see the clutch on the compressor coming in when switching the switch  on/ off its just staying put and not spinning/ compressing also even when engine up to temp the  two fans are not cutting in and out the compressor is about six months old newly fitted , and gassed up? thinking fuse/ relay somewhere any help for simple solution before taking the car in to the garage would be appreciated

My immediate thought would be low  pressure caused by a leak.

Did the garage who fitted the replacement compressor put a dye into the system? This is, I believe, normal practice which means that in a case such as yours, it is easy to trace any leak using a UV light.
