It's those who opted to have a full-sized spare who have the problem because the appropriate lump of hard plastic foam is not available in UK and they therefore have to improvise alternative floor support.
At a scrapyard I noticed a pile of circular foam inserts for spare wheel kits.  If for the 15" or 16" wheel we know the distance from wheel rim to boot floor then we could work out which insert from another car would be the best alternative; a Fiesta or Punto insert might be a perfect fit although the cut-outs may not be correct.

For those who want to carry a full size spare the floor support required is pt no. 84550-T5S-T30 - BOX ASSY., CARGO FLOOR - supplied for Jazz from India into South Africa where it costs approx. £52, Honda UK want £104 for it.

This is the part that fixes the flimsy floor discussion
