How To Clean Urine From Front Seat in Advance Sport Without Damaging Fabric

Sadly someone has left a damp urine patch on my Jazz Advance sport.  How can I clean this quickly without damaging the seat fabric and before it creates a stain ?

I'd try to spray the seat with water mixed with some dish soap. And then brush the stained area with a soft brush. I'd keep adding more dish soap until it starts making a white foam when brushing. Then vacuum clean the water away from the seat, before the water goes deeper into the seat cushion. Repeat until the stain and urine smell is gone. Something like this:

While doing this, the dust bag in your vacuum cleaner will get wet, so better to change the bag after this and also run the vacuum cleaner for a while to let it dry inside.

If you don’t have a carpet cleaner you can hire a Rug Doctor, or similar, as long as it’s got the smaller hose & attachment’s. These can be hired for not too much money from a lot of supermarkets etc

The only proper way to remove it is with a good quality carpet/upholstery wet vacuum. It might seem expensive but in the long run it will save you a lot of headaches

Absolutely FMIB, it’s the only proper way to remove urine and other things from your seats

Of course, the other option is to take it to a very good valet service

I purchased an upholstery cleaner in aerosol form from Amazon, can’t remember the exact brand but it worked perfectly with one application and once dried I bravely performed the sniff 🤧 test, there was no smell or staining whatsoever and it was a very big mess.

Hire a rug doctor, less than £40 for the machine hire, you'll need an enzymes cleaner to remove the smell
