2019 Honda Jazz Ex Navi I-Vtec Cvt
Hi all,
I am new to the group. we purchased the above model Jazz with the built-in Garmin navigator.
It has been the worst navigator we have ever had.
I know it cannot be Garmin as they are one of the leaders in Navigation systems.
It keeps not knowing where it is and goes walkabout.
I have asked my local Honda dealer to look at it several times but to no avail!
Does anyone know where the GPS receiver is located, might it need changing?
Or could it be a bad connection on the rear of the head unit?
I have updated the maps and software on the unit.
Any thoughts, please.
