Honda Jazz instrument panel (lower only) not working.
« on: November 19, 2024, 04:32:03 AM »
Hello, I have a Manual Jazz 2020. The infotainment screen (in the centre) works fine, but the small screen of information that is displayed on the lower part of the instrument panel display does not.
This secondary display has inputs from the steering wheel buttons.
The infotainment screen needs a reset I believe.
Please post the steps to achieve this.

Regards,
David.

Not sure I can be much help here, it’s not clear what screen you’re talking about. If your car has a screen underneath the main infotainment screen, that’s the climate control system which is separate to the main infotainment unit. If you’re talking about some other screen then you’ll need to be a bit more specific about what and where it is, there’s no other touch screen fitted to UK cars; NZ cars may be different. As for “resetting” it … no idea, I’m afraid. Maybe someone else knows about some diagnostic procedure, but if the screen itself isn’t working then it’s not clear how any diagnostics can be accessed.

I presume you are referring to the dial to the right of the speedometer, sadly I can’t resolve your issue.
