Payment Processor
« on: July 01, 2024, 07:45:02 AM »
Hello from a new member.  :) I'm just about to purchase an approved used Jazz from Honda but wary about its use of a "Payment Processor" having heard horror stories re. them and in particular 'Stripe'.  :o  Does any one here know which payment processor Honda uses? Thank in advance. Dan

Never heard of it, if in doubt walk away. Most garages dealers have a standard payment card machine. The days of a bag of cash deal has unfortunately now gone.

I dont know  but my dealership will only take card payment up to £1000.   Above that they will only take a  cheque, after it has been cleared   or a bank transfer direct to their account.    Any attempt to pay more than £10,000 in cash will be refused and referred to the authorities as potential money laundering.
