Sat nav/radio code

Hello all. I’ve had a jazz for 3 years and a few weeks ago the battery went dead and now the sat nav/radio is asking for an unlock code. It’s a 4 digit code. The book they gave me he the serial number but no anti theft code. I’ve tried all combinations but it has no number buttons. I’ve been to Honda twice who said they can fix it but have failed twice. They now say they can send it off for recoding for £300. Any idea how I can get this done cheaper?

I thought all MK3’s had an infotainment system that was coded to the car so no need for a security code, mine certainly is.
