It's more than just a scratch, the paint has been removed down to the metal almost so the damage needs filling.
I tried repairing my damage with the paint kits Honda supply but it still looked scruffy and would certainly have been noticed by a car salesman had I come to sell the car.

That damage is down to the plastic bumper. Paint onto plastic requires special etching primer. I'd go the Chips Away route!

Either leave it to the professionals or stick on a bumper protector, £18 per side from Halfords.

You can get aerosols of exact match paint on eBay that come with primer and lacquer, I have done one of my sills with one with OK (ish) results, would be a lot more noticeable and harder to blend in where your damage is as it's a more prominent position, also these aerosols are cellulose paint which hasn't been used by manufacturers of repair shops for donkeys years.
The Halfords bumper protectors is a solid suggestion that would save a load of aggro, it you decide to self repair there are plenty of videos on youtube, watch a few before you decide.
