Passenger seat hight

Have just taken delivery of new 1.4 EX Ishift, the wife is not happy with passenger seat hight, any ideas on ways of raising it a little. Also how do you get jack out, I don't want to pull plastic cover out to much, as it might break. as I brought the Jazz in Tenerife the manual is in Spanish, the dealer is getting me an English one.

I understand how you feel if you unscrew the screw thread you will find you will be able to release the jack
