Just wondering - is there room in the boot well for a full-size spare wheel, as opposed to a "spacesaver"?
I had this crazy idea of purchasing a complete wheel as a spare part, and carrying it as the spare, since Honda seem to have provided me with a jack already, and I've never really liked the idea of "spacesaver" spares.
Mine is an '09 model, but I guess answers for both models could be useful to others ;)

Not in my '07 Jazz with 15" wheels. Maybe those with the previous model with 14" wheels might be able to fit one in.

Yes. The spare wheel mount has two modes: spacesaver and full size. One way up it clamps the spacesaver, the other way it's full size.
If you think about it, you need somewhere to put the bust wheel you've just taken off.
PS. When I get a chance, I'll take some photos of my boot.

So just to be clear, I have an 08 Jazz (previous model) with a space saver wheel. If I have a puncture, will my 15 " wheel not fit into the spare wheel well?

Isn't the overall diameter of the wheel and tyre the same whether the wheel is 15 or 16 inch?

Yes. The rim diameter shouldn't matter.
