Title: Trying to find old delivery charge for Honda Jazz

I'm trying to find the amount which Honda charged for "delivery to dealer, number plate and full tank of fuel" for a Jazz in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. Would be grateful to hear from anyone who happens to have an old price list (or brochure, invoice, etc) which shows this information.
