It came back yesterday.

All looks good so far.

Got to hand it to Skoda, they've managed to release a car five years after the Mk1 Jazz that feels like it came out five years earlier.

My insurance company wrote to me to say they are still in the process of obtaining the UK representative for the [foreign] third party insurers.

I found it within 30 seconds by googling 'insurer looking for UK representative' and selecting the insurer's country and name from the list on the Motor Insurers' Bureau (MIB) website!

That is not bad.  My expensive accident took place in May and I am still waiting.  (The cheque is in the post..)

The third party right at the back of the shunt was from Belgium so we were dealing with a foreign insurance company and their UK representative so it's case of time rather than liability.

Someone pulled out of a side road and hit one of the guys at work back in May 2011, he is still waiting for that to be settled. He's 21 now so insurance is costing him a bomb, having to declare it as 'fault' because it's not yet settled.
