Title: Differences between 03 & 05 Jazz

Can anyone tell me if there are body differences between the 03 & 05 Jazz'?

Trying to work out if I could fit 05 bumpers to my 03 Jazz. Got a feeling they may have facelifted but they look so similar it's hard to tell...

I'm pretty sure the bodies are the same just slightly modified bumpers and I think they should fit, but don't just take my opinion.
