Hello

Ordered a Crossstar today

Bit of a wait, quoted July ?

Long term Honda driver, started with a Jazz & moved up to Civic (2) then CRV (3) HRV (1) CRV again

Time for a smaller car :)

Welcome to the forum. You obviously have had a good experience with Hondas over the years.

A smaller car was my requirement as well.

More room in the garage and easier to park.
Let's be careful out there !

Hi Jocko

Only "problem" in 20+ years of Hondas has been 1 puncture & a super sensitive parking beeper on a Civic

Honda Durham have always been good with me also, win-win  :)

Well it's goodbye from me now.  :(

As part of the buying process I had a Crosstar for an extended test drive earlier this week

I was happy enough (fuel economy was 57.1 on a very mixed bag of driving conditions) but alas my wife couldn't get comfortable in the Jazz due to the seat & being so low down compared to the CRV

As chance would have it I spotted a 1.6 CRV at the dealer & it was just what I had been looking out for.
Basically the last of the MK 4 diesel CRV's before the IMMD models took over the range & with a 0% finance deal on offer I took the "cost to change" portion of the deal at 0% to go with the very good part-ex deal offered  ;D

This is a good forum & I have enjoyed my short time here, thank you all for the welcome & good luck to all

Dick
