First mot due on our 1.2S jazz soon. Does the VSA system need to be turned off, when brakes are being tested on rollers?

I doubt it but it's the testers decision anyway.

Leave it to the MOT guy,  the ABS still works fine with VSA and the times that VSA normally intrudes are when spinning the wheels during acceleration and when car skids off its intended track ( I hope neither of those happens during MOT ).

You can turn VSA off temporarily by holding down button for about 5 seconds and it will stay off until you press button again,   but it will come on automatically next time car is started anyway.
