Single wiper conversion

I was just wondering as to whether anyone has done a single wiper conversion in their Jazz?

I did one on my Golf years ago. It was unhelpful in so much as it didn't clear the window as well and you had to check replacement blades before you bought, but looked quite mean.

There is no advantage other than just one blade to change.
