2002 Jazz Lights

I have a 2002 Jazz Sport which has these headlights on it.

and i was wondering if i could fit the newer looking 2004-2006 head lamps on my 2002? The newer ones look like this:


Where can i find these LED Fit tail lamps for my jazz? And how to install?
