Title: Spare wheel compatability
Post by: Arthur49 on November 20, 2018, 05:49:00 PM
My wife is just scrapping her 2004 Jazz SE Sports, and it must be one of the last ones which came with a half size spare wheel as standard.
I've got a 2012 Jazz I-VTEC ES CVT (it says here) - does anyone know if the spare will fit mine? Mine came with a bottle of stuff for resealing the tyre which is now two years out of date, an I'd rather have a wheel, anyway...

The bolt pattern will be the same but measure the diameter to see if it is anywhere near the same as the 175/65R15 or 185/55R16 wheel you have on the 2012. Maybe just offer it up to the car and see if it is anywhere near same.  The tyre is probably past its use by date though.

Take the tools & jack out of the Sport before it goes.

Try fitting it Arthur, if it's not a massive difference in size it'll be fine at low speeds.
