Honda Jazz Hybrid

Hi All
Has anybody had a problem with the voice recognition  system on the Honda Jazz Hybrid.
I have been trying to use it, my phone is paired with the vehicle but every time I try and use it it comes up with please wait,  voice recognition not available.  I have been to my local Honda Dealership, had four employs look at it with no outcome.
Have it booked in so they can have a better try at fixing it.

Any thoughts on this.
