Facelift grill on a pre-facelift model?

Hi guys,
My pre-facelift 2010 Jazz got badged at some point before I bought it. I’m just wondering if a facelifted (circa 2013) front grill will fit onto my car? Has anyone done this?
I just know that the front bumper is different, so not sure if they also changed how the grill attaches. To my eyes it looks like it should fit...? I’m just thinking it might be easier/similar cost to just replace the whole grill. Might as well update it to the newer grill while I’m at it (if it fits!)

Try enquiring on https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/. They are more into modifying their cars than the UK site guys.

Thanks for the tip, might give that a go. Didn’t even think to look under the ‘Fit’ name for forums! (It’s called Jazz here in Australia too)
