Get used to this picture of the new Jazz – because it’s the most you will (probably) get to see of it! As revealed at the Tokyo Motor Show, the new Jazz won’t hit the UK until well into next year. Never mind. At least we can have a good look at the new design details in a new light, including that Civic-style bonnet.
The new model Jazz goes on sale tomorrow (26th Oct) in Japan, with prices starting from 1.14 million yen. The new Jazz/Fit is available with either the 1.3 or 1.5-litre i-VTEC engines and with the option of four-wheel drive when combined with the optional automatic transmission. The 1.5-litre model is offered in the RS (“Road Sailing”) trim package, although no word as yet as to if this larger engine will make it to the UK.
