Thats the average speed you've been in the car during the life of the vehicle i believe.

Not sure if you can reset it apart from maybe unplugging the battery?

Methinks:

This is trip meter A which is showing the average speed and mileage since trip meter A was last reset (if ever?).

There are two trip meters: trip A and
trip B. To switch the display between
them, press the SEL/RESET button
repeatedly. When you turn the
ignition switch to the ON (II)
position, your last selection is
displayed.

To reset a trip meter, display it, and
then press and hold the SEL/RESET
button until the number resets to 0.

The SEL/ RESET button is on the steering wheel.

Trip meter 'A' can be set to automatically zero itself when you refuel.

Or something like:
1.   Press and hold the INFO button to
enter the customizing mode, then
press and release the INFO button
repeatedly to select ‘‘CHG SETTING.’’
2.   While the multi-information display
is showing ‘‘CHG SETTING,’’ press
the SEL/RESET button. The display
changes to the setting mode.
3.   Press and release the INFO button
repeatedly until you see the setup
you want to customize, and press the
SEL/RESET button to enter your
selection. Each time you press the
INFO button, the display changes.
4.    To customize each setting,
follow the procedures described.
5.   To cause the trip meter A and the
average fuel economy for trip A to
reset every time you refuel your
vehicle, adjust it as follows.
While the multi-information display
is showing ‘‘TRIP A RESET WITH
REFUEL,’’ press the SEL/RESET
button. The display changes to the
setting display.
6.   You can select ‘‘ON’’ or ‘‘OFF’’. Each
time you press the INFO button, the
selected mode switches between on,
off, and exit. Enter your
selection by pressing the SEL/
RESET button.
7.   If you fail to enter your selection,
you will see ‘‘INCOMPLETE’’ on the
display for a few seconds. The
display returns to the setting mode.
Repeat the setup.
8.   To exit the customizing mode, select
the exit mode by pressing the INFO
button repeatedly, then press the
SEL/RESET button. The display
goes back to the normal display.

Hopefully!... also lots of other settings to change too - explore!
