Poor foot rest
« on: November 29, 2010, 07:10:39 PM »
Anybody else have problems changing gear in a 2008-Jazz?
I have a 2010 RHD Jazz and whenever I change gear my (size 8) left foot hits the foot rest so I can't depress the clutch pedal fully. I have to remember to put my foot on the right side of the clutch pedal to depress the clutch pedal fully. I had a 2002 Jazz and didn't have this problem. The foot rest either needs to be made smaller/moved to the left or the angle of the foot rest needs lowered. I'm seriously thinking of cutting it in two and removing the right half of it as it's a real pain. The standard car mat doesn't help either but I don't want to take it out.
