Hi everyone.

How many icon do you have in your instrument panel?

According to user manual I haven't some.

What specific Mk4 model do you have.

Have a look in customise display (14) as some of the items can be turned off, also depending on which model /audio you have you may not have settings (that's in the vehicle settings on the audio) you wont have maintenance if SvRS is not turned on.

I have a crosstar. It's came with premium speaker system.

I have an UK mk4 SR and also do not have all of them - the ones marked with a little * in the manual I believe.
Eg meter setup (but can access this from the infotainment screen)

Top row, third from left, that does me all the time.
