Had mine changed at Honda main dealer, as car is still under warranty, 12,500 miles.
CVT HCF-2 Fluid 4L £62.13, but because they did Engine oil + filter+ Drain Plug washer (Mobil 5w30 SP3000 F), £26.50 and pollen filter etc, dreaded labor charge was £182.30!
You will definitely get it done cheaper at non - franchised garage, but just make sure they use the correct CVT fluid.
Many other forum members will no doubt give you the most accurate details.
I would change the oil myself if I was physically able to, would no-doubt save a fortune!

The Honda UK dealer price is £115 inc VAT to change the CVT oil only.
