For some reason our old email address wasn't working so I haven't been receiving any emails sent by clicking on Contact Us, my email address in my Profile or any notification of receiving PMs (although strangely, Report Post to Moderator has been working!). So if you've contacted me recently and I haven't got back to you, this is why and please accept my apology.
I've setup a new email address and everything is now OK.
