EX infotainment WiFi problem
« on: November 16, 2021, 07:51:43 PM »
Hi all,

I’ve taken delivery of an 8 month old EX demonstrator with which I’ve found a problem with the WiFi connectivity dropping out regardless of source and being unable to download the Owners manual. It’s been into the dealer twice now for ongoing diagnostics in conjunction with liaisons with Hondas “technical” department but thus far to NO resolution.

Has anybody else experienced this problem with their EX infotainment system and was a solution achieved???

Any responses greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Dave C

...WiFi issues aside, just check the 'all apps' option in the settings. I found the owner's manual had just not been 'ticked' to show up.
Once selected it will appear on one of the main screens as you scroll through the screens.

Thanks for that.

I think I’ve seen a screen where the owners manual is displayed with a list of language options and tick boxes. The two first boxes were for English and they are ticked but the ticks are pale grey. The other language boxes all have bright white ticks in them which seems odd?
