I'm still using the factory-fitted Michelin ES tyres after 35,000 miles, although the fronts are down to 3-4 mm.  However, I recognise that I am a defensive driver, which has kept me out of trouble over 60 years.  These tyres have lasted much longer than the Dunlops fitted to my Mk 2 Jazz, where the fronts needed to be replaced after 25,000 and 50,000.

2018 Jazz Sport, ready after only 12k miles in a just over year for new front tyres as the Dunlop's seem to wear quickly.
It's the local roads that play a big part as spring sales round here suggest, but I'm wondering what to buy.

I've read threads here, "all season" in 185/55 R16 looks like being a "no" because I can't find any that are a reasonable make.

If the Dunlop's are still SP2030's as they were on our 2009 Jazz, then I recall they were sold in some markets as All Season.  Certainly we drove the car through the bad 2009/10 and 10/11 winters with no issues at all.   I forget the mileage they lasted but it was only low teens - I guess that demonstrates that they're a soft tyre.

I thought the Dunlops fitted to my Sport performed very well but 13K miles is disappointing. I have decided to shell out for Michelin Premacy 3s. I know they will last longer, will they perform as well? Time will tell.
I had the Primacy 3's on my HR-V and they didn't impress me. Earlier this year I had them replaced by Cross Climate+. The result is less road noise (particularly on concrete surfaces) and a slightly better ride. I also hope the vehicle will feel more sure-footed should I need to venture out in ice and snow.

I had cross climates on my previous car. The best tyres I ever had. Unfortunately, Michelin do not make them in Sport configuration.

I'm still using the OEM fitted Dunlop Sp Sport 2030, they run for 29500miles. Both front and rear are quite at the end, in some weeks I will mount the winter set while the summer set will be renewed with, I think, 4 Vredstein Sportrac.

Have you swapped them over during their life?  If not, 29,500 miles is amazing from the fronts.  Did you mean miles, not kms - so nearly 50,000kms?

Yes, swapped once at about 13000 miles, front to rear (not cross swap). I use to keep them slighty overpressured, 2,6bar front and 2.4 rear, monthly checked. I mean miles (made the conversion); now my tacho is at 54500km, all run on the oem 16' Dunlops except for 8500km, made last year on the winter set.

I have achieved a very similar result with the same tyres slightly over inflated to 34 psi Front and 32 psi Back, rotating the tyres once only but on the car throughout the year. Wear very even across all four tyres.

OE fitted Dunlop tyres lasted 30k miles.
Switched to Michelin Cross Cliate. 11k miles.. 1mm wear. Should be good for 40k+miles.

Bad roads, potholes. speed humps treated with respect otherwise I drive briskly...(certainly a lot  faster than most Jazz owners I follow but I realise that is not difficult)

Ya, it's not difficult to drive briskly with this Jazz, the chassis wants the gas pedal to stay close to the floor.
30000miles is a good result in wet climate.
