Most unusual colour
« on: May 13, 2022, 04:39:09 PM »
Today, while on the road, I saw a Mk 1 2005 Jazz in a most unusual colour. It was a yellowish-green solid colour. A bit more yellow than the Mint Opal Green and not metallic. I take it, it must have been resprayed in a non-standard colour.

It wasn't one of the weird pastel colours they did was it.
There's a yellowish green one in those.

Think it's orchid yellow. I have seen a few driving about near me.

Must admit I'm not a big fan of it, looks like it needs a good polish.
A bit like those modern cars in the horrid primer grey colour  ;)

Not seen one in that shade before. I don't think Honda had the UK market in mind when they chose the shade.

IIRC they used to do an strange dark pink colour called rose something. That was an acquired taste!

You've got to chuckle at undercoat colour cars. Just to think, peope pay extra for that shade....... each to their own eh.

I rather like the colour. More green than yellow to my eyes. I wouldn't swap it for my Vivid Blue Pearl though.

There are two similar colours.

The colour I saw is the second of these two. The green one.

Good spot. Matcha Creme is very rare.

Colour options listed here:

I think Matcha Creme came in with the facelift in late 2004 and was gone by 2007.
