Load Space Mk3 — Maximum Length?

Can anyone tell me what is the longest thing I could reasonably fit into a Mk3 Jazz?

Do you mean just using the space behind the front seats, or going right through into the passenger footwell?

And the space behind the front seats is variable depending on whether the seats are fully forwards, fully back or somewhere in between.

On my Mk2 Jazz I could just get in 2.4m lengths of mdf cladding, but also 3m lengths of Upvc overflow pipe if you stick one end in the footwell and curve round  to follow roof line .

Thanks Bill Ericay. I was wondering if, for example, my single bed will fit in (Taken apart of course). It's about 2m long — the longest bit of it anyway.

I carried a bundle of 7' long canes in my Mk1, and I could have easily accommodated 8' if need be. The Mk3 should manage the same.

A Jazz will swallow bits of bed frame no wider than the front passenger seat with space to spare. A mattress may be more challenging unless it can be rolled up / folded.
