My honda jazz 2004 1300cc automatic changes down gears without command randomly

This issue appears randomly when the car is going roughly 35+mph and it randomly changes down a gear going along and I have changed the transmission fluid but this has not worked, has anyone experienced this or know about it.

3 years ago on my 04 Jazz 1.4 Sport I had a problem with the CVT dropping out of gear and then jumping back into gear and the car shooting forward. This was in the 25 to 35mph range and VERY scary in traffic.It was diagnosed as the CVT box needing replacing. At 130,000 miles and given its age plus shockers and brake discs about ready for renewal I cut my losses and traded it in for a '65 plate 1.3 Jazz CVT. Lots of places won't touch a Honda CVT so I had to go to a main dealer for a quote for replacement box.....couple of thousand at least so put that towards the replacement car.
