Hello, i would like to ask how to modify the JDM GE8 to install rear fog light to accept the MOT?

Welcome. First check that the existing tail light unit does not have the facility for fog light and just no bulb fitted. If not, buy a UK tail light (scrappy or eBay), then install a switch and run a supply from the lighting circuit (assuming neither exists at present). I fitted fog lights to old (pre fog light) cars in the past.
