Cannot change clock time

Been trying to advance the clock in my 2014 Jazz but following the instructions in the handbook doesn't seem to work. when I press the clock button there is no beep and nothing changes.
Any suggestions? Derek

Just checked with mine (2014 mk ii)
Press and hold down "Clock" button for 2 or 3 seconds .
Display flashes.
Change hrs and mins using "H" and "M" buttons.
Press "Clock" again.

On mine, I just turn the radio on to a FM station and it automatically resets/ retunes the clock to the time transmitted on the FM station frequencies.

 I used the radio update which worked fine thanks.
