Sure, but the figures have increased by 50%. 19.8% to to 29.7%. Massive increase.

Considering the sheer number of parked cars I'm surprised the figure isn't higher. People scoff at me using my garage for the car and refusing to buy the latest Civic because it's too big but I can sleep at night.

The vast majority of people caught, and there aren't many, seem to be reported as Romanian or Algerian. Load up a container and ship them overseas for metal extraction.
