Hello from Belgium

Hello everyone!

My name is Peter and I live in Kampenhout, Belgium. I picked up my Mk4 Jazz e:hev in Crystal Red exactly one week ago and so far am loving it to bits!

My previous car was a 2006 Accord 2.0, which I bought second hand only a few years ago. It was a great car to drive (the engine is an absolute jewel) but simply too big for my needs. Before that I shortly owned a 1987 Accord Aerodeck 2.0 EXi (not used as daily; had a silly grin on my face every time I drove it). Sold that one to my cousin who loves to work on it and drives it a lot more than I did.

I expect to pick up a lot of useful knowledge on this forum and hopefully I too will be able to share some of my experiences and insights.

Quite a few members with mk4s now! I was a big fan of the 80s Aerodeck, rare thing on the roads these days.

Welcome ! I had an Accord coupe with the 2.0 engine. That engine was and still is regarded as bullet proof. My car was built in the US, and had loads of problems unrelated to the engine. I got fed up with regular trips to the Dealership for warranty work, and got rid of it, and lost a load of money. Hope all goes well with the Jazz on return to the UK.

The Aerodeck was such a good looking car. Pop-up headlights are always great. They have a very interesting tailgate as well, very nice.
