Service worth a mention

Given my antipathy towards Honda and a dealer, I feel my experience with Cox is worth a mention. Being a dunce with a computer I got myself into  a bit of a pickle.
I wanted an 'i-VETEC' sticker for my rear screen, which has just been replaced. I found a Honda number but when I went to the Cox website I could not get it to accept the number. As I wanted some MTF oil etc  I e mailed Cox and asked about the sticker, yes i had the correct number.
However after putting all my bits into the machine I still had no luck with the sticker. So I ordered all my bits and put a note at the bottom of the order about my dilemma. An Email came straight back with a Paypal money order for the sticker. Job done. Parcel arrived ALL included.
Why is this such a big deal well I can't use a telephone so the good old computer is necessary.
No doubt they at Cox are used to dunces like me but I am very impressed by the service and pleasantness it was all handled with.
