How to program a 2003 Honda Jazz remote?

Hi Guys,

I bought a 2003 Jazz at the weekend for the wife, we got one remote and have bought another would like to know how to program without taking it to Honda?

Any help will be appreciated.

Is it a separate remote from the key? Or a key with built-in remote?

Mine are combined with the key, but the procedure looks the same.
